For a shipping quote, please add the items to your cart as normal. Continue check-out and you will be presented your shipping options on the second page. You do not have to purchase the items in order to get a shipping quote. To speed things up, login to your account before adding products. Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. You can choose which method you prefer during checkout. Products 13oz and under can ship via USPS 1st Class mail, which is the most cost effective method to ship and arrives in 2-3 days. Products between 14oz and 3lbs can ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is the most cost effective method to ship and arrives in 2-3 days. UPS is recommended for any package over 3lbs.

Insurance

Insurance is applied to all orders shipping via UPS. Insurance is applied to all orders greater then $52 shipping via USPS. Insurance is optional for orders of $52 or less shipping via USPS.

Returns

Items in clam shells (such as computer supplies) are not returnable due to packaging unless defective. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. All returns must have a return authorization from a JM Steno employee to be processed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
